Note: If Psychology grants you advanced placement which will allow you to take courses for which 1101 is the sole prerequisite, you will not be eligible to receive college credit for the course. If you want to receive college and/or major/minor credit for the course you should contact the registrar.

By typing my name below, I acknowledge and agree that if Psychology awards me advanced placement for Introduction to Psychology (PSYC 1101) which will allow me to take courses for which 1101 is the sole prerequiste, I acknowledge that Psychology will not later approve the transfer of this course to Bowdoin for credit. If I accept the placement and chose to major or minor in Psychology, I will need to take another Psychology course to replace this credit as do all other students awarded placement.
