OCS On-Site Course Review and Contact Form

Thank you for completing this mandatory form. After submission, OCS will do a final review of your enrolled courses to ensure that you are 1) enrolled in the minimum required credit load to earn you four Bowdoin credits and 2) taking courses that will be eligible to transfer back to Bowdoin. Please see the OCS website for academic policies regarding credit transfer back to Bowdoin.

If OCS identifies any course or credit issues, you will be notified as soon as possible. Therefore, it is important to submit this form as soon as your schedule is firm but early enough in the semester for you to switch courses, if needed.
